Northern Arapaho/Shoshone
The art I do is considered contemporary art, as I mix Plains, Metis, and Pacific Northwest art together. Most of my art is in very vibrant colors and is often created from a live event, a memory, a family member, or how I feel on one particular day. I often do acrylic paintings but also do a variety of woodworking too. I have carved paddles, created unique tables from live edge and epoxy, and create cribbage board which I typically will then paint with a design of some sort. When asked what is my inspiration? I would have to say, the inspiration comes from my family and the love I have to create art that is affordable to everyone.
