Bill Helin (Welaaxam Yout) is Tlingit, Tsimshian and Norwegian. Born in the Northwest Coastal community of Prince Rupert, BC. Bill spent countless hours listening to his grandmother as she taught him the many legends and songs of the Tlingit and Tsimshian people. Bill's designs reflect his deep spiritual connection and respect for his native culture.
